I'm Shai, and I've taught people to drive for fourteen years, in manual and automatic. Lessons start at your door, the pace follows you, and the first lesson is a trial: if it doesn't feel right, you don't pay.
Four kinds of lessons. Choose the one that sounds like you, and that's where we start.
Most students take 25 to 30 lessons. Here's what the road looks like, from the first time in the driver's seat to the test.
A quiet street, the controls, and pulling away smoothly. No traffic until you're ready.
Roundabouts, lane changes, parking. We repeat what's hard, not what's in the plan.
A full test on the real routes, scored the way the examiner scores it.
A warm-up drive, the same car you learned in, and me waiting at the end.
Every lesson is 40 minutes. Prices include pick-up and drop-off. You pay per lesson or per package, cash, card or Bit.
Drag the fuel gauge. Packages get cheaper per lesson the more you book.
Green slots are free. Tap one and it goes straight into your request. Sunday to Friday, 07:00 to 20:00.
Five warning lights every new driver should recognise. They come up in the theory test, and in real life.
One car for all your lessons and the test, so nothing is new on the day.
Lessons start at home, school or work anywhere in these areas, and finish wherever suits you. Live just outside? Ask, I often say yes.
The ones I get asked most in the first message.
You can start lessons with a valid green form (tofes yarok). Most students take the theory test in the first few weeks.
The minimum by law is 28 for most new drivers. Some need more, some are ready right at the minimum. After the mock test I tell you honestly where you are.
Automatic is quicker to learn. Manual gives you a licence for both. If you're not sure, the first lesson is a good place to try.
Free up to 12 hours before. After that, the lesson is charged unless I can fill the slot.
Not at all. Half my students start that way. We go slow, on quiet streets, and you decide when we move on.
Send your name and number. I'll message you back within the hour with a time for the first lesson.
